Meet the Founder
True Axis Recruiting was founded by Liz Zaloznik, a recruiting and talent acquisition leader with nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations hire with clarity, alignment, and long-term success in mind. She’s held senior recruitment leadership roles supporting nationally recognized organizations, leading complex searches and building scalable, results-driven recruiting processes.
Liz also brings nonprofit leadership experience managing programs, budgets, volunteers, and community partnerships—strengthening her ability to support both performance-driven and mission-driven teams. Today, she applies that corporate-level rigor through a boutique, high-touch approach that helps clients build stronger teams and helps candidates find roles aligned with their goals and values.
